Fluid Entertainment, Inc. is a marketing and event production company that specializes in communications and branding opportunities for corporations and non-profits. Our event designers specialize in all aspects of event production.

With over 30 years of experience in special events, party design/planning, theatrical production, concert production, and more we offer a full range of services with our staff event producers, production managers, technical directors. From event feasibility studies and concept design to event production and completion, our talented team turns ideas and visions into reality.

Fluid Entertainment, Inc. is the holding company for Fluid Productions, LLC and Fluid Charitable Trust (HEM), an Indiana non-profit.

About Our Founder - Karen L. Williams

The principal partner and manager of Fluid Entertainment, Inc, Fluid Productions, LLC.  and the Fluid Charitable Trust for Humanity, the Environment and Music is Karen L. Williams.  

Karen L. Williams has served as executive director of marketing and communications for a community college with four campuses in northwest Indiana for the past 8 years.   She manages all functions of advertising, public relations and internal/external communications and alumni relations. She has been in the marketing communications and public relations field for over 25 years and has worked in healthcare, government, internet, radio and education.  She has a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and an M.S.A. in Advertising from Northwestern University. 

Fluid works with a number of talented musicians, etc. we offer a full range of services with our staff event producers, production managers, technical directors.  talented special events, party design/planning, theatrical production, concert production.
